Soo Visual Arts Center — Attraction in Minneapolis

I wish I were able to give an experience for this location but the THREE times I went they were CLOSED. I guess this would be a fair experience since this showcases their operation hours are bipolar like the weather. I am beyond disappointed and sadden to have had this experience.
