I had the BEST salon experience I have ever had with Gavin at Studio 411!

Gavin was extremely professional, polite, curious and fun! He scheduled me promptly in his busy schedule at a time that was convenient for me.

I came in for a color correction and hair cut for my very long (under airmpits) brunette to blond balayage. I needed to go back to my natural brown.

The consultation was great, by the end we were both completely on the same page and Gavin knew exactly what I needed even better than I did. The Davines product that he used to color my hair, left my hair exactly the color it needed to be but much healthier -so I did not need to lose as much length as I would have otherwise.

The most the important thing is that I got exactly the haircut that I wanted, the color was spot-on, I left confident with much healthier hair, and I had a great time doing it!
