I love Impress Jewelry Creations! Bill Martin was amazing to work with! I took my wedding ring to a local jeweler in my home town and he messed up my ring so bad, even took the stones on the side out and then said they were never there when i brought the ring in to him. This was after he had the ring a month. I brought my ring to Bill at Impress and he treated me like i was the most important customer he had. He assured me that my ring would be fixed like it should have been in the first place and ordered 2 new tourmaline stones to replace the ones the other guy lost. He told me it would take about 2 weeks to get the work done. I was fine with that. 6 days later, including a holiday and weekend and i was getting the call that my ring was ready! They went above and beyond what i expected. My ring is beautiful and means so much to me. I was given my great grandmothers diamond wedding pendant and wanted it to replace my old stone. So when the other guy messed my ring all up i was very upset. But Bill and his crew made my ring everything and more than i could have dreamed. I am so grateful to Bill and everyone at Impress for making my ring sparkle with the love that i have placed in it. You can trust Impress to do an amazing job at a fair price. I first stopped in because of the radio. They were talking about how Impress was doing a give back donations for The Rosie Place. I didn’t have much time to look around but new immediately that I was coming back Pam made me feel excited to there. When I came back the next time I met Becky who helped me find a beautiful ring which needed to be sized. She was so friendly and we discussed having customized pieces made. When my ring was ready to be picked up I got to meet Kelly who is a gem . As we talked I found an amazing moonstone pendant that had to come home with me. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the people who work there and the jewelry that they have. I will be going back soon

I did go back not once but several times. I have bought a beautiful moonstone necklace and a matching necklace for the obsidian ring that I originally bought. But this last time I ordered a very special ring. It came in perfectly. I’ve also purchased some adorable stacker rings and I’m always treated like I’m so special. Everyone is amazing there!!!
