Phenos — Attraction in Modesto

The clueless lady helping me said everything in the case I was looking at was garbage dry old ECT... Except for these two that she said were good. I looked them over and thought they were good. She goes to ring me up and said "oh sorry these aren't in our system so you have to choose something else" you literally just told me everything in the section was garbage except those and now you can't sell them? Why put them on display? Why have employees trying to make sells trash what product you have on hand... Why carry product that bad?

The selection is very good just like the owners other 2 locations. The service however is completely hit and miss more often than not the miss is by the management. The attitude and rushed aspect is enough to make you try other locations only to come crawling back because the selection. I do however know they have a couple regular tenders who are great very kind and personal with great knowledgeable insight (mixed slim tall beautiful woman with short hair, the 5'6ish redhead guy) but if you're in line and don't get one of them idk what to say you may or may not get someone who doesn't know what's good or has zero respect for you as a customer and person. I feel the majority of complaints about this place are either due to bad luck or lack of coffee because this is by far the best shop in the county. Huge stock, the building used to be a large gym, they have space for anything and everything, with new and rotating products. incredible prices far below any other shop, by almost half sometimes. I know many of the bud tenders there quite well. Every single one is very friendly and knowledgeable, able to help you make a selection based on your needs. There is the occasional exception for trainees, but that's to be expected of anyone training in a new profession. The parking lot is safe, and the guards are always smiling. There is a veteran lane, ample handicap parking, quick and efficient returns on select items (mostly cartridges). They frequently have vendors giving out free merch as well.

I have medical issues that necessitate cannabis use, especially to avoid certain addictive and dangerous medications. I have spent an embarrassing amount of money on cannabis at this shop, but doing the math, compared to other shops in the long run, i got 3-4 times the same brand and strain products for the price.
