Tracy and Amber, General manager and Manager, are so many fun and easy-going young ladies that love to make children smile and have fun all day. The Modesto RocknJump park has plenty of trampolines to just jump, play jump dodge ball, jump on the big blow up, a cushion pit, wall climber, basketball jump, dodge a spinner jump, and if that's not all there is a RJ Cafe with plenty of variety of foods and drinks to choose from as well as NEON NIGHTS. You can also acquire day passes, monthly passes, or pay for the whole year pass. The prices are reasonable, and discounts are phenomenal with monthly pass prices. You can reserve rooms for birthdays in advance of 5 total rooms ranging from small to large depending on party size. WiFi is also available. TV monitors for children and adults to watch cartoons or the news. There are plenty of comfortable seating and massage chairs. Machine games and ice cream machines are available and bathrooms for folks with disabilities and for parents with children to change a baby diaper. Socks are available at the front, and you may purchase merchandise, which also has discounts depending on monthly passes. Air conditioning in modesto is a must, and when it's hot during summer in modesto, hello modestans, AC is a must, and RocknJump provides great AC for extra comfort when jumping. Personally, I love the picture booth in the front because my family will have unforgettable memories. You can choose to wear a mask or not, the choice is yours, and you will not be forced like taking vaccines. RocknJump is the freedom that the USA and the world need right now, and I'm proud and thankful for such a wonderful, awesome company like RocknJump, who stands up for the rights of all Americans. Especially Tracy and Amber... they are truly amazing and so down to earth, and when you get out of line, especially around the children, they have a no BS (bologna sauce) policy. You will be kicked out so fair warning. Thank you Jesus for RocknJump!!! God bless... Hope this helps.

My son used to ask for Rockin' Jump every year for his birthday, this time he said, ok I'll try Sky Zone. So we went on his birthday with family and friends and there were 2 lines, one for members and one for regular customers. There were also only two workers at the desk. One was helping the members and the other one was at a computer. After the members worker helped 2 families, my husband asked the worker at the computer if she could help us, so that we can get in and have our kids enjoy the time we had picked online. She responded with " I need to send an email, someone else will help you". Then while the other worker is helping another member, the worker that was "too busy sending an email" comes to the computer in front of our line (regular customers) and asks for another member so that she can help them. After she was done, she went back to her other computer and then my husband asked again if she could help us out, and her answer was "I can't I still have to send an email" with a rude and condescending tone. My husband said will someone help us! And because of that the worker from the members line told us she can help us. It was really disappointing, customer service is always very important to us. Especially when we have our kids and they are witnessing this kind of treatment. The rest of the place was good, the kids enjoyed it, though one of the stations was closed 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Staff was buried busy. Condition of the overall facility I would rate as poor. Mens room had no handles for the faucets, one of two soap machines was broken, the floor was very dirty, and it hadn’t been inspected in hours according to their own inspection sheet. Water leaking from the ceiling in the main area. One of the claw machines didn’t work. The couches are in serious need of replacement. The foam pit squares were damaged and dirty, should be replaced. The concrete entry outside was very dirty and the trash can at 2:00p was overflowing. From a safety perspective, I didn’t observe any serious issues but I would have staff engaged and enforcing the rules (there was lots of running; I watched a teenager run over a stroller with mom right next to it). Some staff appeared to be socializing with similarly aged patrons just hanging around. Also, no masks on anyone but staff and I believe it’s required in the county right now. Cost was fifty doll hairs (on purpose typo) for two children for 2 hours of jumping on a Sunday afternoon. All things considered, the kids had fun, but I will likely make the drive out to the one in Dublin before I go to the Modesto location again.

This facility is still transitioning from Rock n Jump to Sky Zone and it doesn’t seem organized and the staff is not attentive. I booked my son’s bday party 5 weeks in advance and I received a call this morning, 3 hours before the party from the team leader (Mia) telling me the large trampoline area is under construction. They didn’t apologize. They didn’t ask if we wanted to reschedule. They didn’t offer a discount. The part under construction is the largest trampoline and is also my son’s favorite area. I asked why we were being notified the morning of and she said someone called 48 hours prior and I didn’t answer. I didn’t have any missed calls or voicemails. I also called there myself 2 days before to go over party details and to order more pizzas and the person I talked to never mentioned construction. Once we were there, they didn’t offer to take gifts from our friends and they were taking their gifts into the jumping area. We went to the snack bar 3 times and no one was there to serve customers. I walked to the front desk and there was only one customer and 5 employees (including the team Leader) who were bunched together talking. Our pizzas were not ready when it was our party room time. 2 of the 6 pizzas came out 15 minutes late and the other 4 pizzas came staggered. I purchased a party package that included a t-shirt and had to ask for it before leaving. I waited and waited and no one was coming back with the shirt. I went to the front desk and again saw a group of employees bunched up taking and had to ask for the shirt again, I also saw my son’s teacher there with her kids and she said she purchased a membership the day before and the website did not say anything about the construction. She said the website showed a zip line and ninja area which isn’t built yet. She wouldn’t have purchased the membership had she known it wasn’t what’s advertised online. The facility itself is nice and once the construction is done, it will include new fun features. The management here needs to do a better job training employees, There was one employee working in the jump area and she seemed like the only one there that was attentive snd professional. I asked her who my party leader was so I could talk to her about my pizza order. She asked me what it was about my order that needed to be addressed and she went and handled it right away so that I didn’t have to. I felt like she had more characteristics of a team leader than the one that was working (Mia). Team leader is the person in charge.

I did end up requesting a discount because of the last minute notice of the construction. I felt like they should have offered one to me along with an apology. The team leader gave me 20% which I felt wasn’t reasonable. 20% would have been reasonable had they contacted me 2 days before so I could reschedule after construction, or just cancel and...

Kids bring in outside ball 2. Threatening to fight my son 3.Staff member plays buddy with the kids and PURPOSELY hits me with the ball 4. 6 & under area had a preteen in it and SLAMMED into my 4 year old twice on the swing. NO parents or staff are watching their kids or enforcing any rules. Kids around the age of 10 brought in their own football(it was a soft one, but when youre throwing it across the floor towards young kids, HELLO) and were throwing it around with a staff member while my kids, and tons of young children were jumping on the trampolines. One threatens to fight my 6 year old. I ask where all their parents are and they all say they have none around. As I'm walking away, one of them starts talking crap to me and runs off to the same staff member. I went up to them told him about them threatening my kid and them hitting children with the ball and asked if they are allowed to be throwing that ball in the open trampoline, no answer.

The SAME Staff member then grabs a different ball and proceeds to get uncomfortably close to me as im sitting in the middle near the massage chairs, with the person he's playing catch with. Literally walking right around me over and over and over. When there's the entire area of people sitting around. He clearly was trying to intimidate me and hoping for the ball to hit me. He then goes across the space and throws the ball directly at me and hits me. (Guarantee you he wouldnt of done that if their was a real man around) I got up instantly and he comes over to apologize. I tell him right off the bat, that was intentional, he denies it of coarse because that would be considered ASSAULT. He then tells me the kids dad(oh so there was one parent) told him that he needs to tell me to be quiet. Sorry but NO, I will stand up for my child or any child!

So many rules broken. 13 years and younger are not allowed to be left unattended. Bullying is allowed. Noone watching each area. It's so dangerous for young children. Noone enforces teenagers going into the 6 and under.

what the actual hell is...
