Today I went & ordered my family lunch from this location. I had ordered my daughter a kids meal & a vanilla cone. I get our food, drive away & then realize a few minutes later that they hadn’t given me the vanilla cone so I check the rest of our order to make sure everything else was there. My daughters kids meal was cold. So I turn around to get her cone & the girl who came to the window was so rude about it, I asked her if she could give us an extra drink for the inconvenience of us having to come all the way back for a cone so she laughed at me & said she’d have to ask her manager which took her a while. She hands me out of the window the tiniest cup. So I told her “If that’s the drink I’d definitely want to speak to your manager.” So she laughs at me and tells me to have a good day before shutting the window so I stay there until she finally got the idea and brought out the manager. The girl stood behind him laughing at me. He had nothing to say for her behavior & when I asked how that was going to be handled he said he didn’t have an answer for me. He didn’t try to apologize for the terrible customer service he was managing nor did he tell the girl to go do something else while we spoke. Don’t go there unless you want to be disrespected & laughed at by people who flip burgers for a living 😂 what a joke 🤷♀️ You have to give me really awful service to get such a bad review by me but they earned it. Read moreOMG So we tried Sonic one more time last night, received a large chocolate shake that had the fudge at the bottom of the cup vanilla ice cream on top of it, whipped cream and a cherry. Literally had to stir it and mix it together was not a chocolate shake. This time I decided to call the manager, asked how they made their shakes was told they had the hot fudge, half and half cream, vanilla ice cream and they Blended it together. After explaining to the manager what we had received she asked if I would like to come in and get another chocolate shake. After explaining to her this was my second trip in and had lousy food I would not be returning and no I did not want another Shake nor did I want my money back, I just wanted to let them know but they were losing customers. Was told we had to wait 25 minutes for milkshakes that they were back ordered, I was told that they would not cook the food until the milkshakes we're done. Waited 40 minutes when our food arrived it was cold. Was told that they had to remake milkshakes, I asked if I could get hot food it was told no. Read moreI did a mobile order online and when I got my food, my wife was checking the food and found that her sandwich was made incorrectly and that I only had 4 mozzarella sticks (w/ no marinara sauce that they come with) when I had ordered a large (8 piece) of jalapeño poppers. Josh, my server, had stated that they were out, which was no big deal, but you could have at least given me a large like I ordered or let me know & ask what I would like to substitute for. My wife requested the sandwich to be remade and would like to add a blizzard to the order (this is where is starts to get bad). I waited over an hour to get my food, which is not my standard for “fast food”. No compensation for the wait and/or complimentary food/beverage and no apology just acted like he was bothered/annoyed. My food was already cold waiting for my order to be corrected & by the time I got home the food was soggy and gross. The sandwich wasn’t even remade, they just scraped off what was requested not to be on there in the first place (you could taste it on the sandwich). What if we were allergic?
