Image360 Mokena — Attraction in Mokena

I have purchased a few signs over the years for my businesses from image 360. The last sign I purchased (just a few months ago) continued to fall down, cracking the wood on each fall. They wanted to charge me $120 to fix the sign and install it (just hanging it back up on hooks). I’m not sure why I am paying $120 for a faulty product? You can tell the wood used for the sign is bad and just wasn’t the quality of my previous signs. Will be moving to a new company in the future.

To clarify: we ordered an updated sign which was the same as our old sign. The hardware, brackets and holder were already in place. The comment below states they did not install the sign. I was not paying $100 for someone to come out to hang a sign back up on hooks- it took us less than 30 seconds to rehang the new sign. The company’s reply to my original comment is misleading. Our company was renovating our entrance room - it was designed to establish a good impression immediately to any clients or visitors that came to visit. The interior decorator looked far and wide and eventually stated that this company (Image360) understood what was required and had the capability to make, enlarge and mount our company logo of three different sizes in three different locations. I was really astounded by the absolute quality, perfection and color of the logos. For our particular logo, the mounting of the logo was complex yet routine for these guys. Great service with great results! I am a HOA Board member for Fieldstone Subdivision in Romeoville. We had a need to repair and repaint our four entry signs and this task was given to me to find a company to do the work. In my research of companies , I discovered Image360 in Mokena,Il. After talking with them, a person came out and I was sent an estimate, a more than fair estimate, I might add. I authorized the job and they came out to pick up the signs to begin the work....9 days later they delivered and reinstalled the signs. These signs look better than when they were new.
