KAY Jewelers — Attraction in Moline

I have spent a lot of money at this location/store but this company has officially lost me as a customer. I sent two rings in about 6 weeks ago. One was soldered and came apart and it needed to be repaired and estimate to exchange the stone. The other ring was getting resized. After waiting more than a month I called yesterday on May 24th to be told that my ring was in the store. I came in today on May 25th and asked why I didn't receive a call. I was told they no longer call customers because they were making other stores who don't call look bad. If I'm spending over $2,000 on a set of rings I expect a phone call. I was told I should have received an email. The only emails I received were when they were originally sent in. Zero communication after that. Customers spend a lot of money on jewelry and deserve a lot more than just an email. The fact that customers are no longer being called is laziness. I guess I'm supposed to be psychic and knew that my ring was in. My Levian was apparently delayed and I also received no communication whatsoever about that one as well. There has been zero communication. No emails and no phone calls. That is completely inexcusable by any company. Needless to say I am never shopping at this company again. My one ring sat at the store for almost a month because I had absolutely no idea it was there. It doesn't matter when the ring came in we as customers deserve a phone call, not an email!! Especially when I never got any other communication! What a horrible way to run...

My fiancé and I stopped in to pick out our wedding rings. Jewelry is something we both almost never wear, and we met with Miranda and Aiden. Not only were they both extremely nice, friendly, and professional, but they made us feel welcome, heard about what we wanted/liked, and answered any and every question we had!

We ended up needing both rings resized, and they were willing to reach out and confirm they would be able to rush the order and get it back to us before our wedding. Not only did the rings come back absolutely perfect, but they even arrived a day before everyone thought it would arrive!

I came in today and met with Aidan again to pick the rings up and he was just as amazing as he was when we stopped in before. As cliché as it may seem to say, I wish I could leave 6 stars for both Aidan and Miranda, but in lieu of that a perfect 5 out of 5 will have to do for both. Thank...

I had come in to purchase a ring for my husband. He had chip his tungsten ring a few days ago, and I wanted to get him a new one before it completely broke. He has a rough job and is always hard on rings. We were looking at the men’s rings and a man came over to help us. We asked him if he had any rings similar to the one my husband had. He looked at it and saw the crack and asked if we had bought it here. I told him we had purchased it here but it was a long time ago. He said he could look it up and see if we had a warranty on it, it could be possible for us to get a replacement.
