We went there for their 420 deals and the whole experience was a disaster. The whole state had issues with their tracking system so just about every location had issues with getting people into the doors. That's not their fault, but how they handled it and how they handled the customers was aweful. It took over 4 hours of waiting in line, to get into another line, that was their to wait to get into another line, that was their to wait to get into another line to then wait to be helped. After which, you're informed that the whole reason you spent waiting in line was a scam. What I mean by that is they HEAVILY advertised that first time customers got 35% off their first purchase. They relied so heavily on this to get people to show up that they even hired a plane to fly around exclaiming 35% off for first time buyers. But once you got to the counter, you're informed that the deal doesn't work with any 420 deals. Which meant practically the entire store was excluded. So of course everyone leaving was walking out upset. Especially because most people didn't find out until they were checking out. We couldnt figure out why people were storming off cussing the place out until we got inside. On top of this, they blasted their lobby music as high as it could go. You couldn't even talk to the person checking you out. It made for mass confusion and orders taking longer. To add to an already frustrating day, the employees were down right ridiculous. Probably due to the stress of the day. I can understand that to an extent but they were taking it out on the customers. I was being told they were sold out of stuff despite friends after me being able to buy the exact same product. One friend was scolded for asking for the free products that they promised in their ad. Another friend was yelled at for asking to see what jeeter flavors were left. Honestly if they hadn't had state wide issues causing people to invest hours to get into a single location it wouldn't have been so bad. You could have just gone to somewhere else for better deals. The outage worked heavily into their advantage, no one was willing to leave and spend hours longer at another location. If the system hadn't gone down maybe the experience would have been better but the 35% off part was heavily suspicious. None of us left happy. It is what it is sometimes. Also they give rewards for a 5 star review so that's why they have a flood of 5 stars this...

Horrible store. My husband and I came here back in June for our birthdays & ordered a curbside pickup order. A supposed manager got our orders ready and we get home 2 hours & 40 mins away to find out they messed my husbands order up and owed us $40 worth of product. So we call and speak to Sabrina who assure us she put a note in and they’ll take care of us when we come back. Fast forward to today, (as I said we live almost 3 hours away so it’s not convenient to come unless we need to) he goes in and explains the situation and they begin to tell him people come in and say that all the time and since they didn’t know him they couldn’t trust his word. And since they couldn’t get ahold of Sabrina they didn’t believe him. I see multiple reviews where this happened to other people so I know it’s not people trying to get over on the store, this store will short you/mess up your order and refuse to correct the mistakes. Basically got robbed for $40 by a legal dispensary. We will never be back and we will encourage everyone we know to...

Don't order online, I guess. Literally not a single item from my online order- that I'd been told was ready for pick up- was available when I got there. Not a big deal, I guess, trade out some gummies for other flavors/strains whatever. At least they were up front and honest about that. I don't know if the woman helping me just didn't want to have to break bad news in case I suddenly got angry and fed up over the situation but just lying and being dishonest is NOT the way to go. So they say nothing about the two oz of flower I bought, brought me my bag will all my edibles switches out for things I didn't quite want but settled for along with an oz of flower and an oz of shake that I didn't notice until later. At this point I'm angry but don't want to go deal with it or go BE angry at their store so I just accepted it. I guess that just teaches them they can get away with this...
