Service from a lady there was terrible. (I want to say I heard her say her name is Lorie/Lucy something with an L on the phone but she never introduced herself so idk) Everything was going fine we shopped walked around picked out things and then it came time to pay. The guy didnât explain to use that the lady would be taking our payment so weâre waiting patiently then we here a âwhoâs paying for thisâ no greeting, no explanation, nothing, then she takes a phone call for like 10 minutes. Weâre still waiting patiently she hangs up and goes âwhereâs the cardâ doesnât tell us our total, doesnât say anything but where is the card. Like she is entitled to our money. We had to ASK how much we were going to be charged. Then I ask if they were going to be delivered. She goes âwell did you pay for deliveryâ well we donât know because this wasnât discussed and she hasnât discussed charges with us so. (Plus last time we purchased from them they delivered for free so we asked) My dad mentioned that last time they delivered for free because we live just down the street. She goes âwell I donât know who authorized thatâ My dad said ok Iâll come pick it up. Then she says âask him heâs the supervisorâ the guy (who was nice) said âwhat is itâ she said âhe lives just right thereâ in a very mocking tone. This was her third strike! I asked for card back (we werenât even financing) and we have spent over $5,000 at this location Wr donât need her mockery and rude attitude! The supervisor said âdid we do something to upset youâ I said âYes I donât like her attitudeâ and she had the audacity to get up and try to argue with me!!!! Instead of apologizing for her rude self she wants to ARGUE with us the CUSTOMERS!!! Customer service is definitely not for this lady! Iâm sure another furniture store will be more than happy to take our money with a lot better attitude. Like I said she isnât entitled to our money so I chose...
Read moreIn December, I purchased a loveseat for $725 and financed a sleeper sofa. The lady who deals with that put them both on the same ticket bc she said âthey donât do separate tickets.â Today customer service confirmed that they do not do separate tickets yet yesterday Gloria said that the lady who did the ticket no longer works there (how convenient) & it looks like I paid a deposit. Even customer service agrees that why would someone pay $725 deposit when the loveseat was on sale for $699. The math is not mathing up?! Then two weeks after owning the sleeper sofa the bed broke due to a spring. Two guys from Kimbrells came to pick it up & attempted to push the sleeper bed back in. I told them âit wonât go back in. Youâre breaking it even more yet they refused to listen me.â They damaged the sleeper sofa even more. And they still want me to pay on a product that theyâve now caused damage to? I told them to come up the sleeper sofa only but that loveseat I paid for outright and they will not be stealing it from me. They can try and math it all day long but what was financed was only the sleeper sofa period. These people are scammers & if you have something that breaks, theyâll break it even more...
Read moredo not and i repeat do not do business with them. i went in to order a sectional during their 40% off memorial day sale, and they conveniently âcould not findâ the couch i wanted in the system. that was the warning sign not to continue shopping with them but they opened up a line of credit under my name before they could even find the sectional. the next day they called me to let me know they magically found a way to order my sectional but could not honor the 40% sale even though it was their fault i could not make the purchase that day (bait and switch). i ordered this sectional a month in advance so it would be ready for delivery on my move in date but i get a call the weekend prior to move in telling me it still has not come in mind you i was told it would be in the warehouse in 2 weeks. i am convinced that this company is only concerned with commission and opening lines of credit. they have the same inventory as most mainstream furniture stores (value city, rooms to go , ashley..) and i would highly recommend going mainstream because these...
