Burger King — Restaurant in Monroe

Everything was good with this store, clean, good customer service, and as I tell my kids, it's not the mistake you make, it's how you handle it that you will be judged on. Well a very MINOR mistake was made but they were quick to correct it and was very polite about it. I've had bad experiences at fast food places with attitudes as if they hate their job and it's everybody else's fault they have to work there. But these people have my respect. Ok, you forgot the bacon on the bacon burger 😋, no big deal if you can fix it which they did without attitude. Thank you for the professionalism and service, much respect. I wish this location to have much success due to the strong team unity these workers displayed to keep the machine rolling. Can anyone tell me why well over 90% of the burger king stores I've been to always forget to put the bacon on the bacon double cheeseburger? Sadly, upon my visit, there seemed to be a young lady training another young lady. I can only imagine that the young lady being trained was a young teen or early 20-year-old. Waiting for my food, listening to the training personnel state how annoyed she was and speaking in a manner that was very much disrespectful and so disappointing. I would say to that young lady to please give the person grace your training because someone once had to give the same to you in order for you to learn all that you do. If you're not patient enough to train someone else, tell me no! The attitude on Sunday around 3p ish was less than respectful. I would caution you to do the opposite going further. I just hope that the young lady who was being trained realizes some ppl are just not equipped to do certain tasks, and I apologize for her if you have not received that from her. Well, we just spent $52.66 on cold, inaccurate garbage. We rarely go out to eat or even have fast food. If we do have fast food, Burger King is usually the choice. I have had several inaccurate encounters with the Monroe NC Burger King. This one took the cake. Our receipt was inaccurate for what we ordered. None of the 5 whopper meals had cheese (as it was ordered), the fries were all smalls (should have been mediums and large), and lastly - everything was COLD. I literally live 4 miles away and it was all super cold like it had been sitting out all day. I assume that they just make burgers and fries in advance and just let them sit there until someone orders them without heat. I spent so much time microwaving and then we just gave up.

I would NOT ever ever recommend this franchise location to anyone.
