I never leave reviews but in this case I will, I was very pleased with the customer service from everybody. I made the order online (which was very simple). Then called them because I had forgotten to order another set, one of the women helped me very quickly and was able to add it to my previous order. I had dealt with different vendors in the past and wasn’t pleased with the service. I do read all the bad reviews before ordering from anywhere and in this case I was skeptical but I am glad I ignored these few bad reviews. This place is really terrible. Been ordering from here for years. Ordered something once and they kept my payment and never sent the item. They told me for 2 years they would refund and never did. I've called them on a variety of items over the years and they say they will call me back and then never do. They won't help you with anything unless you have the part number, and the customer service people are downright depressing to talk to. Zero life or joy on the other end of the phone.
