Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Montclair

I was in there yesterday on the 15th between 12 and two anyway both men were so nice one was a young guy and the other man was an older gentleman and just how nice they were and friendly I order something at the window that I forgot it was no problem but they did have me go park which is fine, I hate to bring this up but at Burger King “ Montclair “ which I will not go anymore like a three times they had told me I have to get back in line when I order just something simple all the way back through the drive-through I mean I don’t know why they can just do the same as Carl’s . And also don’t get the friendly staff that I got so I just want to thank the gentleman that took care of me yesterday for doing such a great job with their customer service and handling everything. I know it’s a tough job and I can get a little crazy but you guys went above and beyond . and I pretty much had the same experience there the last few times I’ve went since I’m not going to the other place anymore although it’s really convenient because it’s super close I’ve been going to Carl’s Jr. and it’s worth a little bit more money to get a smiling face your order right you’re not overcharged. It was quick and I dontvwant to get anybody in a mess or in trouble but my card when the girl ran it it didn't have I didn't have enough funds for the guacamole bacon cheeseburger meal but it was $14 and the work the employee just charged me for the pier burger and my card went through and I really grateful for that for her for doing that like I know like that was just awesome like you know very rare people do nice things like that you know what I mean it was just like I got the soda and the fries free but you know that burger was a bomb guacamole bacon burger like I love that burger for years I've been eating at Burger when I go there that's what I get but I just want to give her a thanks and say that their customers the employees like that are hard to find good great job and thank you once again...

4/15/22 at 10:45 pm drive thru male employee was very disrespectful my sister wanted to order a burrito but didn’t know if the breakfast ones were an all day thing it was green or grill he said they were only serving one but he had a thick accent I couldnt understand which one was green and grilled i even asked in Spanish but he continued to yell at me but never responded to my question which one was being serve at this time he yelled 11pm !!!
