(Hair removal) The onwer is nice, and the place is calm and peaceful, but they don't really answer the phone or call you back when you leave a voice message. it's very hard to get ahold of them, also they don't explain everything to you in detail, but you'll read some information off the form they ask you to fill out, so you'll still have to ask questions or make sure you do your own research, the laser never worked for me, but I guess to be fair I only had 7 sessions and they say you need 9 or 10.. even though i wasn't that far from 9 and I've noticed it actually got worse, my hair grew out so much faster & thicker, so I'm not even sure how the 8th or 9th sessions would have made any difference? They don't tell you right away that you need several sessions like 9 or 10 treatments in order to start seeing any real results. I've seen some people go in and get only one treatment thinking they would see some kind of result with just that one treatment and their family with them... looking at them like it didn't work? That's because the receptionist or owner don't explain to them right away that they need several treatments not just one. Not everyone knows this. And i feel this should be noted and upfront to every customer so that they know if they only get one or 2 or 3 or 4 treatments they most likely won't see any results. It should be noted upfront that you need 9 to 10 sessions to possibly see any type of result. Also everytime i went in i would explaine that my hair is growing much faster and thicker and the onwer would say (OK I'll do a stronger treatment today) Everytime? This makes me wonder if she goes very very light on you... you'll have to keep coming back more and more and more so $75 per session adds up.. unfortunately it never worked for me and left me worse 😪 so I stopped going for...
