Tierra Mia Coffee — Restaurant in Montebello

Great design. I love the floor tiles. The drinks are excellent. Service could be better. They could use more indoor tables/seats. 2 electrical outlets are available inside. Most workers at drink stores hate making frappes, so I try to avoid ordering them. Horchata latte is one of my favorite drinks here! Okay wifi...as long as it's not busy, it plummets fast! The music could improve a little, but it's alright; I'd like more club music. Clean the tables especially when there's no line or online orders.

Employees frequently used to wait awhile after the manager leaves to change the music, idk if they still do; sometimes the employee music is good but most of it is bad.

The workers will frequently hide in the back, you used to hear them gossiping so the music is usually turned up. I remember seeing a line form in the afternoon/evening because no one was working front but I figure they would have at least 1 person keeping an eye on cameras, I don't know what happened. I saw a customer help the blind customer because all the staff were hiding.

The lights always flicker when one of the large appliances starts running. I'm surprised they haven't had a more serious issue from the voltage and current spikes; they may want to check the connections at the fuse box and appliance outlets for corrosion or loose wires. If possible, switch which wires the large appliances aren't on so they're not on the same fuse...

Love Tierra Mia just not this location. I ordered the Coco Loco latte and tres leches muffin and it was great as always. My only issues with these location is the girl we had to deal with that day. We ordered our drinks and pastries to eat there. The pastries came out first which is understandable, the drinks still had to be made. My husband noticed they forgot to give us utensils to eat it with, still ok, it happens. So he went us to ask for them but the girl ( I think was a supervisor or something) seemed bothered kinda rolled her eyes and told him you get the utensils with your drink and just walked away. Leaving us to sit the here looking at our pastries until our drinks were ready. I always try to give four stars because I know how hectic things can get when it's busy and things can be misinterpreted. But she was pretty rude to other people as well before she left to move her new little black car to the front of the store. In the future if I wantTierra Mia I will stop at one of their ...

Worse experience ever. So all I ordered was a medium black coffee. Which is about $4 so instead of getting me my coffee the clerk takes another order, then takes another order and is handling cash. Then he gets a medium cup tries to fill it but there is no coffee in those server jugs that keeps it hot all day. So now he is trying to make coffee, and some more people come in he takes more orders handles more cash. Then proceeded to grind the beans once he finished helping 3 more customers. Then more people come in and he stops what he is doing to take more customers orders and handles more cash. Finally after 10 minutes he grabs the coffee filter and places it in the coffee filter holder and proceeds to spread out the coffee filter with his unwashed hands. So now I would have to wait another 10 minutes for the tainted coffee to brew and at that point I just asked for...
