Went into this shop around March 11th to place an order for a custom dresser, put down a deposit of half of what it was gonna cost and me and my wife were told it would take about 1 week to complete. Went in on the 20th of march to pay off the rest and to maybe hear about the progress of our dresser. The other store owner (the one who helped us initially) wasnt there instead it was his wife and she informed us that our dresser hadn't been started yet but it would be done in another week because her husband was backed up and was finally caught up.

Fast forward to today, it is now April 7th almost a month after and we havent recieved a single update about our dresser that has been fully paid off. My wife has tried to reach out to the store owners but her messages havent been replied to. We have no idea if our custom dresser has been started or finished or anything. Our only choice we have left is to physically go into the store and ask for...

They have excellent goth, punk and rockabilly like merch. Lots of customized and beautiful furniture. Bats. Skulls and frankenstein + horror galore!!

Oh and not to mention the store owners are super nice!

And you can custom order your furniture too. You can request certain styles and they will make it for you, for a cost of course but it is worth it!

They now have Sourpuss merch and Alchemy England stuff too. Kreepsville stuff too. Personally I think the fact that they have sourpuss merch is beyond amazing for the West Coast. Especially since you can now buy small things here and there and not have to worry about the shipping cost.

And they will soon have Killstar merch so that will be nice when it happens.

At one point they carried bat ties and I wish they would get more but other than that, ultra recommended this store, even if its just to browse through all their amazing...

I ordered 2 lamps 23" with USB connections on the website. What I got was 19" which is only 4" difference but still you want what you paid for. So I DM them and Laurie the wife started helping me. At the end she didn't want to fix the problem all she wanted was to get rid of me by refunding me the lamps which I don't agree with. She is not understanding, and doesn't care about customer service. I was a happy and I support small business, but after dealing with the wife unprofessional customer service. Never again.
