CHOOSE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS!!! There are so many notary/certification services providers in town, do not burn your money with them. I made the payment before the day of service, and deeply regretted it after the day of horrible services. Not only they charged the other lay of exact same service for $100 less (this lady in fact wanted her money back as well), they provided 0 assistance during the passport renewing process. My bank notified me multiple times that they never accept the transaction, and eventually my bank had to cancel the trisection after two weeks. Now they are chasing after my butt for the money they do not deserve. It is their own responsibility of not accepting the money. AND now want me to pay them like fool for no service? HELL NO! They have no respect for the customer rights, and I am not afraid of seeing them in court. p.s. 100% agree with the other person give 1 star, if you are not lucky like me (since they forget accepting my money transfer), they will never give you refund, no mater what horrible service they've provided.
