Food Outlet — Attraction in Montgomery

I visit here everyday. I am changing my review I once gave them a five-star rating and that was a year ago now I don't visit there I drive out of my way to go to the Millbrook or Prattville location because there is an employee there an older lady that has a little black afro on her head she has a very bad attitude even when you're speaking to other employees she will interrupt the conversation just to be rude and out of place I don't know why the food outlet continues to let her work there with such a bad attitude the place is being closed early by this employee when you come to the door it's before 8:00 the doors are locked she has this smart attitude and she says by our clock it is 8:00 and I'm clearly looking at my phone the standard time that everyone else is using and for this employee to have such a bad attitude she must not like customers coming there or do not realize that customers are the ones who pays her paycheck I advise anyone if you can go to any other food or grocery store please visit there do not visit the food outlet on...

I purchased my Grocery's to cook and I didn’t receive my chicken I call and advise I didn’t receive answered all questions came up to establishment even showed my receipt and advised her that I didn’t receive it she kept telling me to look at the footage and I kept telling her that I didn’t receive what I paid for at all as if her cashier couldn’t have left it in a bag and another customer grab it we have been shopping here since I was a child so to have someone make accusations that I’m stealing when I have told them on a repeated bases that I don’t have the product I wouldn’t be here if I had it is crazy I told her due to the confrontation that we had I will return all merchandise and discontinue shopping here due to the fact issue was not resolved I was told in a nice nasty tone that’s fine we close at 8 no customer service was given here it makes me feel that because I’m black you came at me like I’m a theft and the black people are the main ones supporting...

Their store brand Peanut Butter smells and tastes rancid. I thought it was just a bad jar the first time so I bought it again a couple weeks later and its just every jar. They don't have apricot jam. They have no cold brew coffee. I went to get a pie once and there were multiple pies growing mold on them, they don't have a bakery and the pies were out on the shelf, I'm sure the pies in the freezer are fine.

I shop here every week, the prices are great and the staff is wonderful. Just be aware that there are some things that they don't have or the quality won't be good. I buy peanut butter from them just a different brand. I buy a different flavor of jelly. Their bread is good and cheaper than anywhere else. Eggs are good, oatmeal is fine and well priced, frozen fruit is good and cheap though their blueberries taste like they weren't ripe when they were picked/frozen.
