Indian Park — Attraction in Montoursville

Wonderful little park within close driving distance of the Williamsport area. Lots of trees, grass, walking & bike trails, and wildlife! I was very impressed by how many different species of waterfowl were populating the Duck Pond in mid-February! Nearby creek for kayaking, tubing, or swimming & wading (in warmer weather) depending on the water level. Also plenty of benches, parking, and pavilions for group trips or events. Beautiful park. Ample parking, baseball fields, playgrounds, a disc golf course and tons of paths around the woods and ponds. There’s a lot of seating available as well, and they do have restrooms. The bike path connects all the way to Maynard Street in Williamsport and also branches off into South Williamsport....

Good size park for lots of people to do lots of things. Only issue is people that let their dogs run lose and not clean up after them. For a park next to the municipal building and how many people I see doing this, the local PD could hire someone to fine people and it would pay...
