Disappointed by the Service, but Love Subway’s Food** I usually enjoy visiting Subway, but my recent (Just now) experience was frustrating. As we took an extra moment to decide on our order, the blond girl assisting us was noticeably impatient and rude. Instead of a courteous approach, we felt rushed and uncomfortable, which dampened the experience.
I understand that efficiency is key in a fast-paced environment, but a little patience and kindness go a long way in creating a positive customer experience. I pulled in at 8:40 and went to check the door to see if they were open, since their open light was off.
