I grew up on a carnival and “we” used to play the Shrimp & Petroleum Festival, what we used to bring in there and the equipment that was there this year was a let down. Several pieces of equipment did not operate the way it was designed or was not running at all. I personally know the Mitchell’s, they are good people and have a quality show, I just don’t understand… I want to make sure everyone understands, I’m not rating the carnival only the whole festival atmosphere was just not what it used to be, I miss...
