Town Of Fun — Attraction in Morrisville

I compared 5 or 6 indoor play centers in the North Carolina area and finally chose TOWN OF FUN. I’m really happy I selected this place for my 4-year-old son’s birthday party.

The environment here is great and very clean. Since it’s a newly opened play center, all the toys are brand new. The indoor space is large, and even with nearly 40 guests, the room didn’t feel crowded at all. Both adults and children had separate areas to relax and play. The staff was incredibly responsible and attentive. I’m especially grateful to Valeria, who coordinated with me via email during the planning phase. I shared my preferences regarding the party’s timing and decorations, and she arranged everything perfectly. She even reminded me of details I hadn’t thought of, like background music and setup times, and helped me plan accordingly. On the morning of the party, 4 or 5 staff members helped us set up the room quickly. They worked fast and had all the necessary equipment, so we finished decorating in less than an hour, leaving me plenty of time to prepare for other things. During the entire birthday party, the staff cooperated with all our plans. They helped organize games for the kids, served food, greeted guests, and sorted the presents. We invited 17 families, so there was a lot to handle, but with their assistance, everything went smoothly. I am so thankful for that. I also noticed how seriously Town of Fun takes hygiene. After the guests left, I saw the staff immediately begin cleaning the room and toys, even skipping lunch. They thoroughly cleaned the ball pit with a vacuum and paid great attention to detail. I believe this is especially beneficial for young children, as their immune systems aren’t fully developed, making them more susceptible to germs in indoor play areas. Their focus on cleanliness helps protect the kids. It’s very fun! Children aged 1 to 10 can all have a great time here – it’s definitely a paradise for kids. I didn’t grow up with birthday parties so that was something I wanted to change when I had kids. After visiting Town of Fun the first couple weeks they were open, I was so impressed that I immediately went home and booked online.

To say it was the easiest and best experience is truly an understatement. I filled out the form and booked my date online (I hate when I can’t book online) and received an email confirming/ asking if I had any questions before I even had my coffee the next morning. All emails that I received there after were just so organized and streamlined.

The day of the party I was so nervous, especially with a possible snow storm, but when I showed up that afternoon, everything was set up for me which truly allowed me to enjoy the time with my child and all her friends without having to worry about anything. The organization of time, clean up, and everything was truly the best. And even better, my child (who just learned to FaceTime) has been begging me to FaceTime all our family members so she can tell them how awesome her party was.

We had the greatest experience with our 1 year old birthday party at Town of Fun! Valeria was super responsive when I booked and anytime I had questions in between the time I booked and the week of the party. The space was so easy to decorate and the team at Town of Fun pitched in wonderfully for our set-up and breakdown. The party is 2 hours and we had such a great time, I wished we had just a bit more time to eat food/socialize. But I felt like the food/cake time was a little short because 1. One year olds are new eaters and needed a lot of supervision during meals and 2. My family/friends love to talk/socialize while eating. For future parties for my family, I know now to shorten the playtime to allow for more time to eat/socialize with guests🙂.

The facility is new, clean and is in a prime location (Morrisville/RTP. There’s plenty of parking too! Thank you for hosting our baby’s first birthday party, we will be back again...
