I freely admit I'm a +1 on this stay and didn't do this booking myself. However, the pics are way nicer than the room we got. Street level room which was had a great view. Excdpt they anyone on the street level has a view right into the bedroom. Sooo. There was a hole behind a faceplate to something under the TV. There was what appeared to be a burn discoloration on the kitchen floor. Under the sink fixtures was dirty. They provides dishes, silverware, can openers, etc - that all look dicey. There are no hangers in the closet. The bedspreads were pilling. The living room furniture was not comfy, the fabric on the sofa was worn. The walls are paper thing. I can hear the folks next to and above us. Light switches didn't turn on lights. Another light switched turned on when you flipped the switch to the off position. The reading light constantly flickered and definitely cannot be trusted for seeing much less reading. There was a hole in in the toilet seat cover. Visible grout overflow between the pieces in the shower. Soap, etc around the top of the dispenser before we even used the bathroom for anything besides the sink. I'm SO disappointed and I didn't even do this to us!

Not sure how this place has good reviews. The manager of the property and the property itself is subpar. After the first night I stayed here I had bite marks all on my legs! I spoke with the property manager and she was very rude and dismissive, and told me that she needs to confirm any issues with the room with HER resources. I told her that I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the units and that I was leaving the property. She agreed to only charge me for 2 nights if I left. Once I saw that she charged me for the full week, I called to inquire about the charge, and she denied making the claim! Crazy. She then proceeded to suggest that I was lying about it all. The assistant on site is quite pleasant, but the manager is a nightmare. She essentially charged me for 5 nights that I did not stay, and denied ever agreeing to cancel my stay. The layout of the rooms are good. Towels and linen appear to be very old and used, not of good quality.

This is a fantastic hotel between Raleigh and Durham. The place is new, and very spacious. It has an inner outdoor area spreading and connecting every room. Overall appearance is fantastic. Everything was clean, save for some trash forgotten to be cleaned. I never had to even talk to someone. It was that discreet and easy. Lockboxes are where you get your keycards, and it is very intuitive. The room is very spacious. The location is in a relatively quiet area, but there is not much lighting, so you'll need to be aware if traveling alone or at night.

Your location||||||stayAPT Suites Raleigh-Durham/RTP||1009 Lower Shiloh Way, Morrisville, NC 27560||Extended stay hotel||maria moschiano||613 points|| 14 hours ago"We had already spent 2 nights at the hotel when we were walking our dogs outside and realized we had left the room keys behind. We decided to prop the door open with a small stone and return to our rooms. Immediately, this individual the GM JUSTIN DURRANCE came out furious and rudely confronted us, yelling and pointing at us with the stone. When he noticed we were Hispanic, it got worse – he began to discriminate and scream at us. However, we had been so decent not to complain about the poor service. When we arrived, the dishwasher was broken, and there was only one soap bar for the whole family. We rented 2 rooms for 2 families and our little dogs. This man rudely offered a refund for one day due to the poor room service and immediately proceeded to charge unauthorized amounts for our dogs on our credit card. His Assistant Manager, Zareena, was the only pleasant part of our stay, and she was very apologetic. Both dogs are emotional support animals, but he did it out of revenge. A very rude person, to be honest.||||When we went down with our husbands to the front desk and confronted him about his behavior, he lied, claiming that we were threatening him, and he called the police to kick us out of the hotel for invading his space – a completely ridiculous situation since we had paid for our entire stay. Thank God the police arrived. I was terrified because I have a 12-year-old son who was having breakfast in the room when this Justin threatened me, saying it's better for his son to eat quickly so they can leave.||||We told everything to the police, who were incredibly kind and polite, and we asked them to please protect us from this lunatic until we left the hotel. Imagine the moment we went through there – a racist making you leave a hotel as if we were criminals, having the audacity to call the police. But, thankfully, he did us a favor. We just crossed the street and made a reservation at the Home2 by Hilton hotel. The experience was EXTRAORDINARY. They immediately waived the pet fee of $75 per night, and we celebrated one of the best New Year's Eves we can remember. That's why you shouldn't go to domestic hotels; go to recognized chains like Hilton. They know what they're doing and respect families and customers.||||In summary, if you love your pets and have a family, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, Stay Apt. We know this is not the first time this man has done this, but I imagine his bosses don't care about reviews or the money he costs them, harming the hotel's reputation, and customers."||Trip type||Vacation||||Travel group||Family||||Rooms||2||||Service||1||||Location||3||||Rooms||poor...

The best part about this place is that the staff was friendly and it’s only about 20 to 30 mins from literally anywhere you want to go in Raleigh. There’s also a Walmart, food places right on the same road a few mins drive away. The check in experience wasn’t great. Nobody was in the office because it was Saturday and we had to try 2 different numbers to reach Sean for him to let us in. I’d recommend if you want to book this place to do it directly from their site. Apparently they tried to cancel my reservation and Airbnb didn’t notify me. So the only room available when we got there, after a 10 hour drive, wasn’t technically ready for guests. The fridge wasn’t working and the room was a little disheveled, like furniture moved around and stuff. But we were offered a refund for one night and waived pet fee due to the inconvenience, and we were only staying for 2 nights, so we accepted it. However, the refund we received was not the full price we paid for one night. The room does not look like the pictures. There is carpet which is not seen in the pictures and the carpet could use vacuuming, it was dirty. No pots, dishes, etc in our room either. The grass outside the building where you can walk your dog was really tall, like it hadn’t been cut in weeks, and there was dog poop everywhere. Our dog is little and the tall grass was an inconvenience for him, it was taller than he is. Also keep in mind that there are a lot of dogs here, some quite large. Probably the majority of the guests had dogs from what I saw. It’s a pet friendly place, which is the reason we chose to stay here. And it wasn’t a problem for us, but just a heads up for anyone who may not like dogs or have...
