Lovely experience, Saul is an expert! At burning your wallet... I have never felt more used by a business aside from the money hungry veterinarians of grant county...my 19 year old cat was ill during my initial visit with Saul, asking for a quote on replacement of my battery and charge port, which led to Saul spending nearly an hour writing a 3 sentence quote that didn't take battery or charge port replacement into account. $377 just to replace back glass and screen . I was in a hurry to return to my dying cat and while I knew Saul was taking me for a ride, I didn't have time to ask for a proper quote. I returned days later to actually get my phone repair. Saul took an amazingly long time to write out a bogus service statement...and again, focused on my cat, I just wanted to leave the phone and head home. After spending days begging for financial help from strangers, I was able to get my 19 year old cat to Quincy Veterinary Clinic, but didn't want to make that trip without a phone. I picked up my phone, got the bill and immediately asked why the battery wasn't listed in the repair. Saul claimed I hadn't mentioned my battery or broken charge port...I responded that I'd need my phone for the day to get to quincy safely and that I'd return for proper repair. My mother was dealing with the insurance on my phone and noted the odd service bill, being very angry with the results...so I was forced to go back to CPR to confront Saul, while holding my dying cat.I walked in, told Saul he knows why I'm back and needs to make it right, to which he played ignorant. As of this writing, Saul hasn't made it right and my mother is sitting on pages of conflicting records Saul laboriously typed up to print out in a very particular fashion, to help confuse his objective, milking my phone repair to as close to $600 as he could. My cat died within reach of me on June 27th...while I won't blame Saul for her death, I will blame Saul for some of her suffering as he played games with me. Far as I know this is the only phone repair service in Moses Lake...if there's another option, go there....
P.S. Saul made the cash money move to refund the extra charges...doesn't rewind his initial Intent...but it's a step in...
Read moreI can't respond to your response so I have to make another review. The reason for the high cost was communicated but Google doesn't charge $350 for there OEM screens. Or anything close to it. As far as this being a locally owned store. The tech had to call tri cities 3 times while I was there for information on the repair and for parts. Tri cities isn't Moses lake and not what I would consider local. I was given false information on wireless charging on my phone and the techs didn't know about major cell phone protection companies like D Brands. A company that Google works along side for OEM protection for there phones. I appreciate the response but it was a poor experience. I will say again if you don't have a iPhone or a Samsung this isn't the store for you. They won't buy your phone. They will over charge you for repairs. They're insurance policy is over priced. Get one from your provider if you feel the need. You will save money just buying a new phone in most scenarios. Don't be worried about loosing information. You can conect a new phone to your old phone and if you know your log in information you will loose no data. If you don't have your log in information they can't help you anyway. I saw them turn down a customer for this same reason while in the store. If in Washington means local then I guess they are local. Don't think you can go in and talk to the owner. Just two under informed techs. Well one tech and an apprentice. At least that was...
Read moreTook iPhone 11 in for a batter replacement. They replaced the battery and gave it back to me. They put the phone back into the protective cover and handed it to me. I drove home, about 5 minutes later went to send a text and noticed a bad spot on the screen; NOTHING was wrong with the screen. Phone has been in a full case since purchased. I immediately called them and told them of the problem. They asked me to bring the phone back the next day. I did and told them the screen problem is progressing, lines were appearing around the perimeter of the screen. left it with them for a couple of hours. Went back to get the phone and they told me the screen was defective, the problem was not caused by them. The phone screen was perfect when I dropped it off. They would not do anything about it.
My daughter left a comment on Gogal (I think). They responded to her comment that they "carefully examined the phone and saw evidence of the phone being dropped since they replace the battery (16 hours before). What a bold-faced lie! The guy at the counter put the phone back into the protective case before he handed it to me and took it out when I took it back the following day!
I had to...
