Mount Gretna Playhouse — Attraction in Mount Gretna

Just saw a fun show at the Mount Gretna Playhouse on Sunday. I took my 8 year old granddaughter, who is a big Dolly Parton fan, to see the show “The Seeker”. This tribute show was presented by two young women with lovely voices who told Dolly Parton stories and a few stories of their own. We heard some well-known Dolly Parton songs and several that are a little less well known. We both enjoy the show very much. Lovely venue, but I was unsatisfied for two reasons. There is limited parking that is shared with local businesses. Post concert the lighting was an issue for me with cars and people sharing the lane. My other concern is that the venue is shared with a theater group. Love the fall plays. Be careful tho if you are elderly you take a path in the outdoors that can be slippy and dangerous with leaves in the ground .
