Mt Gretna Pizzeria — Restaurant in South Londonderry Township

We enjoyed the food here, but unfortunately the young kid running the counter completely ruined the experience with his lack of customer service & kindness. We had a large party of 8, we ordered food, I feel we went about it efficiently & quickly. Food came out pretty quick. The kid at the counter dropped a fry from our tray on the counter, picked it up with his bare not gloved hand(after handling money) & threw it back onto our tray! Gross!! Then when the next round of food came out for our order, I asked for some mayo for my sandwich, he said they were "too busy, we have 80 phone orders" um ok, so ignore the customers who are right here in front of you? (we were the only people there besides an older couple ordering ice cream.) He then sat down & got on his phone. Highly disappointed-we planned to order dessert here, but left to go to Jiggers down the street instead because of his lack in customer service. Not sure we'll be back...

Decided to walk into this cute looking rustic resturaunt for a quick bite. My husband ordered a super cheesteak (that comes with pepperoni, pepper,onion,mushrooms) with chicken instead of steak with light mushrooms and no sauce. He got a chicken sandwhich with onions instead and towards the end he noticed what looked like some hairs on his bun. We also ordered a ham sub with cheese and mayo and got onions,lettuce,and tomatoes as well. Also the stench of the place was horrible. It was like a sewer smell throughout the whole place. I gave three stars because although the food was wrong and the place smelled bad, they did have a pretty good quality of food (other than the possible hair) with nice portion size. They also refunded for the mistake of the chicken sandwhich and possible couple hairs we think we found on the bun. All in all wouldn't recommend...

Great place to enjoy in family!! My daughter has celiac disease, so she is only able to eat gluten-free. Their gluten-free pizza was amazing. My daughter was also able to enjoy an ice cream (peanut butter twist), which my daughter can never enjoy the experience of eating out because it's really hard to fine a place that can provide her needs. She always complains of pain when her food gets exposed to gluten,which on this occasion it didn't happen!!!! Will definitely be a returning customer.. HAPPY DAUGHTER, HAPPY MOTHER...
