Fly by Night Trading Company — Attraction in Mount Joy Township

Very nice and a variety of items. However due to the locations the isles are a tad small, but that's due to location, which they have no control over. However they do have control over who works there, and I have to say, Patrick at the counter went beyond normal customer service. Having just finished a day on the battlefields in gettysburg myself and my visiting friends decided to stop by the outlets. While they went to do their thing I popped in and loved looking at the tiny nick nacks that wete around. I originally grabbed a few things and went to pay. Exchanged a few words with Patrick in nice back and forth, but after my friends cMe around he perked up more. Which is normal for customer service. However Patrick went above and beyond showing off a bull whip to my friend and having a genuine conversation. Patrick is the type of man I feel any store would kill to have work for them. Kind hearted and truthful....

An absolutely incredible shop and one of my favorite places to go! I see below there are a few comments mentioning the lady that works in the store and I have to say that I completely disagree. The lady in the store is an absolute gem. I go in there looking forward to see and talk to her! She is never condescending whatsoever, and i believe people may get that impression because she is pretty talkative; and a fast talker as well, but I have never felt there was any sort of malicious intent behind her words. I make regular trips to this amazingly unique shop in the Outlet Mall, not only to check out the latest offerings of collectibles, jewelry, posters, statuary, and other fun stuff but to chat with owner Casey whose Dad was a real rodeo man and clerk Michele whose energy and passion for the store’s inventory just makes you feel good and so valued as a customer. I can’t recommended this shop enough as it’s on par with any Western museum I’ve ever visited. Open only since October, I think they have a great future ahead for those of us who love Western, antique, and memorable home...
