This is our go to store for years, but today I felt very uncomfortable. The cashier, who is usually there, seemed very irked. She was there as soon as I took pants off a hanger and as I was putting them back told me to give them to her to hang. I wanted to try the other size on, but after that, I changed my mind. As a resident of Harrisburg I’ve been waiting several months for a shipment that got completed delayed because the card number was apparently “wrong” which it in fact was not. I got a random phone call telling me this at about 5pm today. That was the last thing I heard about my order and after I asked to speak with a Supervisor there was dead air on the line.

Someone isn’t doing business there correctly and doesn’t know how...

I was told by a manager at the Lancaster store to exchange a pair of pants and they would order me the right ones and I can go to any store to have this done. Gettysburg was closer so we went to that one and I have never seen such a low level of unprofessional staff before. No help. Not even from the manager.
