The floor was filthy, especially the dressing rooms. I took off my shoes to try on clothes and my white socks turned a disgusting brown just from standing on the ground. There was also dirt and dust bunnies along the wall of the dressing room in plain view.

I tried on a black dress that had a dirty hem and side. It was obvious it was either stepped on and/or dragged along the ground of Old Navy.

Apart from being filthy, the wait time to checkout was unreasonable. There was only one register open, the store was mostly empty except for myself, 1 person finished checking out and paying and another people in line that a pair of shorts to return.
