Koser Jewelers — Attraction in Mount Joy

We have been going to Koser jewelers and have been so happy with the way we are treated and by the way they stand behind their work. When entering their building we have been welcomed and helped without waiting. We started out by needing repairs to our jewelry. Sometimes repairs needed to be sent to ones who specialize in that certain area. Some repairs could be completed by their goldsmiths on site. Always have we been happy with the final products. They have stood behind what they sell. I bought an adjustable box chain necklace which I loved. My granddaughter pulled on it and it didn’t work as it should. They were glad to completely replace the necklace. I had inherited several sentimental pieces. Some were in need of repair. They completed the repairs to my satisfaction and were quite complimentary of the jewelry. At one time my grandmother’s engagement ring needed to have her diamond replaced. Randy had an estate stone he recently acquired and it suited the setting perfectly. He gave me a surprisingly low price. I was very pleased with their work and the cost. My sister now wears our grandmother’s wedding set. So beautiful. On a personal note their son Andrew recognized me from his childhood. He had been friends with our son. Andrew not only helped with my jewelry needs he wrote to our son who does not live in the area anymore. I would recommend shopping at koser jewlers. They are reasonable and trustworthy,...

As someone who has been in the jewelry industry for 10 years, I HATE the thought of going into a retail jewelry store because I know all of the "tips and tricks" to try and get you lured into spending money! I had to stop in here for a friend of mine and left super impressed. The receptionist greeted me with a super warm smile and welcome. I told her the reason for my visit and she didn't waste any time helping me with what I needed. As we waited she invited me to look around the store and it is truly a beautiful location. Then she directed my attention to the brightly lit pink neon sign and with a certain sense of pride, told me the history of the sign and what it meant to the store and the people there. As the sign served as a reminder from an era when customer service was first and foremost of every business, the folks at Koser jewelers keep that spirit alive and maintain that dedication to excellence and creating an amazing experience for all their guests! I would recommend taking the "Best of Lancaster Jewelry store 2019" and removing the year because what Koser Jewelers has created has set the standard by which all jewelry stores should...

Well run operation. Not sure how we came across this place originally, back when it was further in town. I guess my wife must have seen an ad. Anyhow that was probably 15 to 20 years ago, and I don't shop anywhere else when it comes to nice jewelry for my wife. Have bought several items and have always been impressed with their customer service. You will pay a bit for most things, but it is very nice jewelry. You get what you pay for.

They also have a nice Pandora counter that is much nicer to shop at than the one in the mall. Have bought my daughters and wife many items here. My daughter got a gift certificate to the one in the mall (Park City), and their customer service was nonexistent. At the mall you take a number and wait, then after picking out what you want you have to wait in another line to check out. Even last Christmas the wait was not long here, there was no waiting to get checked out, and they gift wrapped everything.
