I took my engagement ring in there, even though I did not buy it at Porter's, they took good care of it! It was really reasonably priced and in the future every 6 months I get free cleanings and inspections! (Once again we did not even purchase a ring from them.) The staff was really really friendly and helpful. I had the ring back in my possession less than 12 hours after dropping it off.

I LOVE the pieces TJ has designed and created for me. He never disappoints and always exceeds my expectations. You will not find a better designer or creator to make your family heirlooms. The pic is the last piece he designed and made for me. I have a great grandson whose name is Walker. His momma grew up watching Walker, Texas ranger and this is what TJ created for me.

T.J. and Jackie possess the best customer service I have ever received. The atmosphere is always very pleasant and if they do not have what you need, they will do their utmost to find it. T.J. is and excellent Gemologist and can fix and create whatever you desire within in reason. I have been buying jewelry at Porter's, both new and used for a number of years for myself and others and I and others have always been pleased with my purchases....I recommend this store to everyone I know because it's the very best and can meet anyone needs. If T.J. is working in his shop he always comes out to greet me and converse with me. Jackie compliments T.J. for all the same reasons I spoke above. My name is Tahnee Edwards Walker. TJ at Porter's Pawn is very professional, very friendly, and does what you want done. He custom-made a band to match my wedding set. It's exactly like my wedding band for the other side of my engagement ring and then soldered them together. It turned out beautiful and exactly like I wanted it. In fact it turned out looking better than I even dreamed it would. I was very pleased and couldn't be happier! I tried to send pictures but couldn't. If you need any jewelry of any kind, made, repaired, sized, or anything, I recommend TJ for the job! I promise you will be very pleased! This gentleman knows his jewelry...

After a not so great experience at the other known jeweler in town, we went to Porters. We had been to the one in Mountain Home where they had quoted us for a repair. TJ comes up on Tuesdays from Mountain Home! Great news because I hate driving! I dropped off my ring on Thursday. By end of day Tuesday I got a fabulous call from Tj that it was ready and he THANKED ME for letting him fix it! I picked it up and immediately called my fiance. The ring about made me cry! It had been repaired so well it looked better than when I was proposed to! It was impeccable work TJ did and with a price that was amazing! I will NEVER go...
