Read moreI’m unsure of how to go about this but mainly I’m here to share my recent experience with a business that has poor management!!
Porter’s pawn here in mountain home My husband was making payments on a zero turn mower, which he was told was a 2018 bad boy receipts state the mower in fact was that as well. So he didn’t question it. He goes in to pay the mower off and to pick up only to discover not only did they not store the mower from the weather which was stated would be done, but it’s not a 2018, it’s a 2014. He hasn’t picked up the mower, and it is still there at Porter’s. He would like what he paid for and/or his money back. He has tried to speak to the owner numerous times about the deal and refuses to do so. It’s pretty simple to give someone a refund when the customer isn’t getting what was paid for...

That itself is not bad, but when I came in today I saw that the cymbal is being sold for $180. This item is in decent condition, but has clear wear. They're very picky about what they buy, and when I tried to bring in my perfectly good sell-able full set, they said that their drums aren't selling well (I wonder why). Today, I brought in a like-new ukulele, and immediately got a snobby and disinterested look from one of the employees who in turn gave the job to another. A number of the employees are rude and uptight. I would not recommend them unless you like paying over retail for used items and feeling stupid for pawning...
