Absolutely fabulous!!! We had my daughter's birthday here last night and I was stunned! The party was a breeze to book and the place is stunning! The climbing area seems to go on forever. Everywhere I looked there was something I hadn't seen before. So many things for the kids to climb on, slide down, swing on, jump on and so much more. The kids could have stayed and played all day. They are still talking about it today and I'm thrilled I picked up a couple of Groupon's last week so we can go back soon. Favorites for the kids were and I quote "EVERYTHING!", The ball shooting, the log swings, the slides... I loved how the climbing walls were set up so there was never really a line, even though the place was packed, and the kids could try as many walls as they wanted once they were harnessed up. My son was determined to make the best time on the challenge wall and was so excited to add his name to the "winner's board". There are lots of places for parents to hangout and watch too and many spots even have charging ports so you can recharge for pics or just so you can stay connected, if you need to, while the kids play. Several adults were playing too and seemed to be having a great time. The lounge seemed comfy and somewhat quiet and a nice break from the chaos for those who needed it, though the 2 TV's weren't on and some wished they were. Next time I'll come prepared to spend some time in the massage chairs they had too. :) The party overall was the best deal in town and totally worth every penny! I would 100% book another one without hesitation. The only negative from guests was how rushed the party room time felt. That 30 mins went fast. I didn't even have a chance to eat my pizza and when we stepped out with our host to take the suggested group picture, we came back to the room and everything was already being gathered up for the trash. Next time we'll do the picture on our own time. Some of our guests food and drinks were not finished when they were cleaned up. We would've all happily taken our remaining drinks with us, etc. I understand though that the parties are close together and appreciate that most of the time is allowed for playing. The kids loved that too. Check in was very very easy and the second the kids had their wrist bands and socks on they could run off and play, no videos or long talks or waiting for your whole group like other places we've experienced. I recently visited Uptown Jungle in Murrieta and was extremely disappointed with how they handled a serious health concern. During our visit, we witnessed a child vomiting, spreading it on several children while being carried by a parent. As the staff cleaned up the area, the child and their parent returned, which I found alarming given the potential health risks.

I approached management to express my concerns, emphasizing that it’s a health hazard to allow a sick child to remain in the play area, especially after vomiting on others. The assistant manager informed me that they had cleaned up the mess and that the parent claimed the child was fine. They offered me free passes and t-shirts, which I declined, as my primary concern was the health and safety of the children in the facility.

When I asked about their policy for dealing with sick children, I was shocked to learn that they do not have a protocol for asking unwell patrons to leave. In a time when COVID-19 and other illnesses are still prevalent, this lack of precaution is deeply concerning. It's disappointing that a business catering to families doesn't take stronger measures to protect its guests. I expected better consideration for the safety and well-being of children and families.

I’ve only been here twice. The first time we got Covid and the second time now my baby is throwing up all over the place. Idea of this place is great, but the execution is terrible. I can’t even imagine this place has ever been cleaned. Every equipment has dirt and grime on it. I wish they would implement a cleaning break. Also, none of the staff seem to be trained to interact with children properly. There’s almost little to no communication, my kids wanted to participate in the dodgeball game, in which the staff members didn’t go over rules, or even say when the game started. The kids were all confused. Then on the rock climbing, the staff member didn’t communicate any rules or safety reminders. I had to yell from the sidelines for my kid to review the rules on the wall. I also have a one-year-old baby, which no one monitors or cleans the Baby area. Older kids were constantly coming in and taking over the play area designated for babies. But I’m mostly angry on the cleanliness of this place. I shouldn’t have to worry every time I’m invited to a birthday party here that my kids are going to get severely sick.

On a sidenote, there was an older staff member with blonde hair at the front desk who was super nice and pleasant to talk to! I appreciate her great customer service. Just wish the...
