Let me start by saying I absolutely love In-N-Out burger. However, for the first time in my 30+ years of going, I had a negative experience. I went to the In-N-Out in Murieta on my way home from a trip in San Diego. I'm a picky eater, and I like my burgers plain. I ordered my burger this way as I have on over 1000 trips to In-N-Out. The first issue is that our order seemed to take a very long time to come out. Several orders after it came out before ours. Then, when I went to eat my burger, I noticed it had what appeared to be spread on it. When I pulled the bun off, it was obvious they'd accidentally put spread on it. That was not the issue they are human. The issue is that instead of making a new burger, they just wiped it off. So I approached the counter and asked for a new burger, and the employee at the counter said they would get a new one that were cery helpful. However, when she told the young lady on prep, I wanted a new burger. She looked directly at me and rolled her eyes. I get it. I'm annoying asking for what I paid for. Then, instead of making my burger, which is very easy since it requires no prep. She left me standing there for 5 minutes waiting for my replacement burger. This incident will not change my opinion of In-N-Out. I'd just ask the manager to speak with his employee about customer service. While I wasn't, the employee should remember some people order burgers without certain ingredients due...
Read moreThe burgers from In-N-Out are a beloved indulgence for my family. As of late tho, they can't seem to get our orders straight at one particular location.. We order the same thing every time, and my Mother is very picky about how her (cheese) burger is made. She had a BIG stroke recently, and has become even more picky than before. She gets extremely upset with me if her order isn't perfect. For example, This last time I asked for extra lettuce, raw onion, extra toasted bun, pickles and dressing on the side. (I ask for this every time for my Mother). Most of the order was correct, but there was no extra lettuce. In fact, there were just a few small, scraggly, wilted pieces. The cheese was almost non-existent, and her burger was given extra tomato, which I did not ask for. Because of the mistake, my Mother proceeded to degrade, and punish me narcissistically. My Mother thinks I don't ask for her preferences. This recurring problem has happened on every one of my last six trips to this location . I would like to give 5 stars, but I am only giving 3 stars. First, because I have repeatedly brought these errors to their attention, and even after they remade the order, (I clearly stated the order) it was still incorrect. Second, because of the stress these mistakes have caused me. My hope is that management at this branch will take steps to improve quality control and training to provide the excellent service In-N-Out...

Furthermore, I Really Hope for and Think that Your Company should also Continue to Improve upon on Your Legendary Greatness Forever into the Future (I'm sure your Company is already working on it, Because You're IN N OUT Haha). If Your Family Owned Company decided not to keep The "IN N OUT Way" of doing things and Sell the Company to A Corporation that also wouldn't continue this Tradition Of Greatness going I feel this would be a Very Sad way to see the In n Out Restaurant's Greatness/Legend go down In Flames, and I would be Forever Sad about it. So im staying Positive and hoping that your Company continues on it's Path of Greatness and Success :) Thank You For even...
