I have been coming here for awhile now. I usually show up at night. For months I had amazing customer service. There was 2 gentlemen that worked nights and I never had issues with their service. However since they have left or one was promoted from what he said months ago the service has been poor. The listening skills of the current night crew is bad. They often mess up my order, they don’t listen and ask me to repeat myself every time I go there. Today I couldn’t even eat my food because it had something on it that I cannot have. Disappointed in the direction it’s gone. Not to mention the line on the weekends is worse than it’s ever been. I had been avoiding writing this review for a bit now in hopes to see it get better or change but it doesn’t look like it has or will. I doubt I’ll be coming back to this location again. I’m sure the employees will be happy as they don’t want to work. Very depressing. I also have a friend who was given a quesadilla instead of 3 tacos that they ordered after waiting 30 mins for it. We’ve decided to boycott eating here until a manager works at night to ensure people are doing their job and doing it correctly. I would like a response from a manager so I can talk to them on the phone.
Added edit: twice this week from 3/28/24 and 3/31/24 I grabbed lunch from here. Took 40 minutes in the drive thru the first time, and 45 minutes the second time. What the hell is happening? Who is going to reimburse me for the food I cannot eat during my lunch after ordering on the app? I have to wait 5 more hours to eat my food which means I have to put it in the fridge and reheat it. Truly ridiculous. Just close the store at 10pm so people don’t waste their time with people who literally move slower than sloths. There was 6 cars in the drive thru. It took 7-8 minutes a car? Are you not cooking anything at all until it’s ordered or they show up at the drive thru? I ordered my food online, paid online, so why am I not just getting it as soon as I get there. Read moreI live near this taco bell and I've never had so many issues at the same place over such a large period of time. Anytime I use the app to place an order I either run into some issue at the restaurant either they decided to close early without the app being alerted, my order being incorrect, arriving at the restaurant confused as to whether they're open or not all the lights in the dining area are turned off the lights in the Drive-Thru are turned off and when you get to the microphone and screen you patiently wait there for 4 to 5 minutes before they finally answer hoping you're either going to leave thinking the store is closed or you give up from waiting. I've placed mobile orders to this restaurant multiple times only to arrive and find out the restaurant is closed again given no warning or reason behind it and having to go through Taco Bell support in order to receive a refund for the money they had already taken. Read moreOrdered 2 quesadillas with extra cheese since I know this location doesn’t put much cheese on many of their items especially quesadillas. While in drive thru, I saw my order and that I was charged $1 for extra cheese. What I received did NOT have extra cheese. I called the store and a lady or child who doesn’t speak very good English answered the phone. I asked for a manager and she said tmrw at 11. I then asked for another person that can look at my quesadilla and tell me if it had $1 worth of cheese or not. She hung up. I called back again and I’m assuming it’s the same kid as before because she didn’t say anything when she answered the phone and just walked away. For the last 18 minutes I have been recording the call.
