We have Shopped here for years. Tonight The lady in the deli named savannah was extremely rude. Attitude like no other. Yes we hit the deli for take out chicken at 745pm and they said they have to make new batches because it's after 7. It would be 15min. No problem. We love this store and will walk around and grab a few more items. 20min later we go back to the deli expecting it to be ready. Oh it's another 10min. No problem. As we patiently waited Savannah comments to her coworkers. "Well if these customers will order first and then go shop it would be ready in time for them" Really? This is who you have in front dealing with customers. I know Covid has everybody all worked up and I'm an essential employee as well and deal with the public all week long as well but I would never act like this in front of my customers. Wow. Spent 300 dollars here tonight like we always do. Family of 6. I know we are one customer but I will make sure I flood your social media accounts. After hearing her comment we walked away. And as we were in line she screamed across the store if we still wanted our order. I screamed back that we should have ordered our food before shopping so it would be ready like you said!! Ya no thanks. Disgusting customer service. I will be back only because of your other 99.9% of great employees that I have dealt with...

I went in to purchase one item. I wanted to be in and out. I grab my item, head to checkout, I select the shortest line. To my luck, there was a cashier that had nobody in line and she was actually done checking out the lady ahead of me.
This is the moment I felt completely disrespected and not valued as a Loyal Customer of Stater Bros.
Two employees held a several minute conversation while i just stood there with my one item. The employees knew I was in line and made no effort to greet me, ask if i need assistance, didnโt Acknowledge meโฆ.at all. I was physically disgruntled and utterly shocked at this interaction.
It almost felt intentionally that the employees didnโt acknowledge me.
