ORDERED FLOWERS ON FEB 11 TO BE DELIVERED FOR VALENTINES DAY. I CALLED AT 2:30PM VALENTINES DAY AND ASKED ABOUT MY FLOWERS. SAID THEY DO NOT GRANTEE TIMES AND THEY DELIVER TO BUSINESS FIRST. TOLD THEM IT WAS A BUSINESS AND THAT THEY HAD MADE AT LEAST ONE DELIVERY THERE ALREADY. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID THEY COULD HAVE THE FLOWERS THERE IN 30 MINUTES. TOLD THEM SHE HAD ALREADY LEFT BUT THAT SHE HAD WAITED AS LONG AS SHE COULD. THEY DID APOLOGIZE AND OFFER ME A REFUND . JUST MY OPINION BUT I THINK I WOULD HAVE TRIED TO MAKE UP SOME KIND OF OFFER TO FIX THEIR SCREW UP. However he said we were not in the system. This is what we were told after waiting on the line for 12 minutes. Can you imagine??? However they charged our ‘charge card’ the day before.
