Burger King in muscle shoals on Woodward Avenue, apparently the manager needs to go back to school. I waited exactly 4 minutes 35 seconds to give my money at the first window. And the employee had her back turned and leaning against the window talkin to another employee. And I just went up to the second window no one there in front of me and started to retrieve my order and some blonde headed must have been the manager said I had to go back to the first window and pay I told her I was there for 4 minutes and 35 seconds and back turned did not pay me no attention. And I said that's not my problem that's yours I said you must be the manager blonde-headed and a very snappy ugly attitude and I said this is getting to be a common thing with Burger King I don't old Burger King anytime if they want my business they need to be more professional Curtis and attempted. Seriously? Didn't even open the bag yet and my burger is in pieces, I have never been so disappointed with food in my life and the icing on the cake is that I am positive that the food has made me sick as I have been sick since I ate. Read moreNot sure who the management was, but they were not logical about timing. We were told that they were holding on the chicken and it would be ready within a minute. Fast foward to about 20 minutes later, they still did not give us our food and were then proceeding to give out food to people after us. The manager then proceeds to get furious with us and then decides to go to the back and not appologize for how we were treated while there. We recieved a refund and will not be back until you pick up the pace and get your act straight. Worst Burger King in a while.
PS- Also if possible, do keep your floors and work stations cleaned. Too much garbage pilled up in the small bin by the registers. Just hope that the health department doesn't see what environment you...
