Alex's Appliance is the best for parts, service, and advice. He is always so amazingly patient and helpful. It's often the case that the solution to an appliance problem doesn't lead to a sale for him. Like this morning he gave me the name and number of a repair person rather than sell me a control board that couldn't be returned if it turned out there was something else causing the problems with my dryer. Alex's was great. I ordered a thermal fuse from Amazon after the one in my dryer went bad. Amazon failed to fulfill the two day shipping, after which I was referred to Alex's by several people. I called and he had the part in stock for less than the price on Amazon with two day shipping, and it was a quality part, not a cheap knockoff.
