J Burger N Wings — Restaurant in Muskegon

UNSANITARY

Upon entering J Burger. First impression was nice with a cool seating area.

The young woman behind the counter was more intersted in her phone than anything else.

After ordering food I went to wash my hands. Upon entering the men's bathroom there was no hand soap. So I tried the women's bathroom again same thing no hand soap. At this point realizing I potentially made a very big mistake ordering food from a place that cannot keep the bathroom stocked with soap.

I politely informed the young woman behind the counter and she looked at me as if she could care less. No action was taken to provide soap in either rest room.

While dining inside i watched a kitchen staff member come out and use the restroom. I, Clearly knowing there was no soap in the restroom. I observed and recorded the kitchen staff reporting straight back to the kitchen. [In hopes they have a sink with hand soap back there]

Really nice dining room but poor ethics and lack of care from the staff make this a place a hard...

Until yesterday my boyfriend and I have never had a bad experience. The food was great. Always clean inside... however the girl working at register needs to learn customer service or at least figure out how to remove the stick from her *... she looked like she was hating life n wanted everyone else miserable with her. I really seriously pray I do not have to go through her ever again. Tbh I'd probably just walk out and leave and go without. Just sayin...if you hate being around people that much...maybe you should go to the back and let someone else great people. We were supposed to done in however we left didn't even stop for silverwarenothing. We paid for drinks when we asked for our cups she said we didn't get drinks with ours. And I'm just sayin.... we ALWAYZ order same thing... and ALWAYS get drinks with...

The food was good, but the young man child who was running the register was rude!!! When he gave my dad his change he practically threw it. So much so that change had to be picked up off the floor. There was lots of change on the floor, so that seems to be the norm for him. When he gave my dad the food, again he pretty much shoved it out of the window. If my dad hadn't been paying attention the food would've been on the floor. And I also saw the young boy digging in his nose 🤢🤢🤢🤢. The boy needs to be taught some manners and also needs to be kept out of the kitchen! There also were no paper towels or soap in either of the bathrooms. Yeaaahhhhhh won't be...
