Mustang Dog Park — Attraction in Mustang

There seem to be a lot of folks who don't bother picking up after their dogs at this park. We end up picking up after others half the time if it is fresh so my dogs don't run through it. Be sure to change out the water in the pool as well as it is usually left dirty and muddy. Also maintenance workers aren't on a regular set time. They just showed up mid morning today, didn't say one word to me. Came on in and started going around on their tractors. That could have been a dangerous situation with some dogs. It used to be a decent little dog park it is now a freak show! I was assaulted today by a weirdo who got mad when I asked him to move his dogs to the over 30 pound side. One old lady let her dog scratch my truck. And finally last month a lady called the cops because my dog jumped her dog! Better assortment of people at Classen and Reno! Oh and people don't pick up their dogs crap so the place is littered with feces.Really bad for parasites. Called the town center of Mustang for help. Out of luck pal! Really nice park. Not super big, but nicely equipped with water bowls and agility options. Nice talk fence for jumpers like my dog, who can clear 5ft easy. Walkways for people making it very accessible for anyone in a chair or needing use of a walker. Outhouses and garbage cans. Well kept clean park.
