Re: Child Car Seat Rental The online rental process was efficient and accurate. The seat was available as scheduled and in good condition. I offered to pick the seat up at their business. It was waiting at the designated pick-up area. Since there was no mention if they would pick it up at my house or I was supposed to return it myself, I called them three times without a return correspondence, so I returned it to the pick-up site, hoping it wouldn't be stolen. A day later, I received an email asking me if I returned the seat. I answer positively, They then said they had received it. At no time did I see or talk to a human. It was my first time using this company as we travel to Nantucket every summer and it will definitely be my last. I was overcharged for items I didn’t ask for and I called 4 separate times to get a refund and they just kept putting me off . It’s been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. The people that work there just simply don’t do anything they say they are going to do and could care less about customer service as long as they collect their money. When I contacted the company with a polite inquiry as to when we could receive the item, I was met with a defensive answer and no attempt to deliver the missing item.
