AVOID! I took my Macbook in to get the hard drive replaced. He never called me for an update after I dropped it off. Finally I called him after 10 days, and he said he just bought the parts needed and they will take another week for shipping. After another 10 days I called him and he said he needs to replace his broken macbook charger before he can work on my computer, and a new charger would take another week for shipping. (How does a computer shop not have another mac charger???) After a whole 5 WEEKS, he finally finished his work that should have taken no more than 7 days top with shipping time included. Once again I had to call him to find out that my computer was ready to pick up. And the inside of his shop looks like a tornado hit it; dust, papers, and stuff everywhere.
