My experience at Marry & Tux Bridal exceeded what I've dreamed of since childhood. My consultant was Destenie, and just as the meaning of her name suggests, I feel it was fate that we worked together. From start to finish, I was beyond impressed with her communication, attention to detail, knowledge, and passion for her work. I opted to book the private bridal experience, and I cannot say enough good things about it. It was worth every penny!

Destenie was super responsive leading up to the private bridal appointment, checking in about my vision, answering all of my questions, sending pictures of inventory to ensure we were aligned, and even offering suggestions of local places to eat after my appointment. It put me at ease knowing she was curating a list of gowns for me to try on that would maximize the time at my appointment.

During the appointment itself, I felt spoiled. It began with a friendly smile and warm welcome from Destenie and Julie. Destenie helped to direct my elderly grandmother to the back entrance in order to ensure she wouldn't have to walk down a flight of stairs. She then led us to the main room, where a custom sign with my name and mocktails were awaiting my guests and me. Although we had already discussed some specific dresses, she gave me an extra moment to look at the mannequins to see if there were any other gowns I wanted to try on. I never once felt rushed or pressured throughout my appointment. I felt completely heard, supported, and encouraged through every step of the process.

Destenie took the time to explain information about each dress as I tried it on. She offered insights about fabrics and alterations, as she is a former seamstress herself, and was candid about pricing, so I could make the most informed decision for myself. She not only listened to my feedback with each gown, but she also perfectly engaged with my very opinionated group. She learned my family's names and would find dresses to incorporate elements they liked, all while keeping me at the forefront. She would constantly ask, "What do you think?" or "How do you feel about that?", which made me feel so prioritized.

Although my appointment was scheduled to end at 5:30, Destenie continued to make me and my group feel pampered until we left at 6:15. I had found my dress around 5:25, and she allowed me to try on different accessories with it and take all the pictures I wanted. She even recreated an iconic moment from the show Say Yes to the Dress, which was so much fun! I'm sure she had worked a long and busy day, but her personality never dulled for a moment.

From grabbing extra chairs and trash cans for my family to hyping me up and making me feel confident, Destenie truly went above and beyond. When we all went to dinner afterwards, every one of my guests and I could not stop saying what a remarkable job she did. This milestone moment would not have been as magical without Destenie as my consultant.

Due to our wonderful experience, their extensive inventory, and outstanding customer service, my fiancé, mom, and my MIL will also be purchasing their wedding attire here in the coming months. We are already planning our next trip back and cannot wait!

My appointment at Marry and Tux was my very first bridal appointment—and my first time ever trying on wedding dresses. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly responsive and kind. I had messaged the store through Facebook ahead of time asking about specific dresses I’d seen on their social media, and every single time, I got a reply. No delays, no radio silence—just helpful, friendly responses.

A couple of days before my appointment, I received an email from my consultant asking for photos of dresses I liked. We ended up having a back-and-forth conversation that lasted all afternoon, which made me feel so seen and heard before I even walked in the door.

When I arrived, I was thrilled to find out that my consultant was Tenley—the same person I’d been messaging on Facebook and the one I’d seen featured in their posts. She was just as lovely in person as she’d been online.

We browsed both the clearance and regular rooms, and as someone only interested in color (no white for me!), I was pleasantly surprised by how many gorgeous options I had—including black! Yes, black! Tenley was there every step of the way, helping me into each and every dress. She had a system—“dive, arms up, rotate!”—and honestly, it made the whole thing fun. I felt like a queen being styled for a royal ball.

I didn’t know at the time just how special this level of service was, but after visiting another salon that treated us… let’s just say very differently, I now realize Tenley truly set the bar sky-high—for both me and my mom. That care, attention, and energy? Unmatched.

The second dress I tried on that day became the one to beat at all my other appointments. And although I did end up finding “the one” somewhere else, that second dress lived in my mind as the gold standard—and if I hadn’t found my dress, I would’ve absolutely come back for it.

I had a fantastic experience shopping for and purchasing my wedding dress with Sandi at Marry & Tux Bridal. I shopped for gowns at over a dozen boutiques across NYC and Boston, and was delighted to find my wedding dress at Marry & Tux in Nashua. From the start, Sandi was friendly, organized, thoughtful, and warm. She reached out via email before my appointment to understand my vision, and on the day of my appointment, Sandi allowed me to browse the full selection of gowns available; I appreciated this freedom of choice and was excited by the variety of styles.

As I tried on the gowns, Sandi provided helpful observations about different necklines, tailoring, comfort, veils, etc. Sandi created a fun environment and I never felt rushed or pressured. I found one gown I really liked, and a second one I was eyeing that would arrive in-store a couple days later. Sandi helped me make a follow up appointment to try the new gown, and she kindly steamed and prepared it for me before I arrived.

I appreciate that Sandi allowed me time to think and decide after my appointment with no pressure. My gown arrived about 5 months after ordering, which was on track with the initial timeline communicated. When I went to pick it up, Sandi had the gown ready to go. Sandi was again warm, understanding, and straightforward. My gown looked just as great as the sample and required standard alterations, which I took to a local tailor (note: no in-house alterations, but they shared a helpful list of local tailors). My dress looked great on my wedding day, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Overall, I recommend Marry & Tux for its wide variety of gowns at affordable price points and its reliability, quality service, and trustworthiness.
