This is the worst subway I have ever gone too. My first experience was horrible...The employee was obviously angry, she kept us waiting for unnecessary reasons, she did not speak to us and rushed our sandwich and she got mad when I told her she was not making the correct sandwich. I figured she was having a bad day so I let it go. When I returned a 2nd time the store was empty and I waited 3 minutes even though I saw her in the back not doing anything. She came out and did not apologize nor greet me. I asked for a Ham & cheese on Italian bread footlong and she kept asking "what kind of sandwich do you want? I told that I'm preparing to tell her but she kept asking and we went back and forth...finally I said give me the classic sandwich. She then proceeded to go thru every single topping & ask me if I wanted it...I STILL don't see the reason for her to ask me to pick a specific sandwich...she had an attitude the whole time! And it was that day I decided to NEVER go to that subway. However, I asked my friend to grab us some subway & I assumed she would go to the subway on Main st. but she did not. She went to this one and when she gave me order (salad) I was beyond PISSED. I ordered a simple chicken salad with ranch/thousand island...my sandwich looks like a tuna salad or cole slaw...it is WAAAAYYYY too much ranch/dressing...I honestly can not see the lettuce and I've had sandwiches from subway....this is NOT what they look like. My friend started telling me that she had never seen such a rude employee at subway...This is when I knew which employee it was and which subway she had gone to. This employee needs to pick a new career. Idk if she realizes that she is a sandwich artist but she tends to look angry/unhappy with her choice of work. She is older and wears glasses sometimes. Save your bucks...
Read moreThis girl was very unkempt. Her hair was very messily in a ponytail with hair sticking out everywhere, and her visor was just sort of sitting on the top of her head, it wasn’t even secure. Just very messy looking. ASIDE from that, she gave me a quite burnt Italian roll. I ordered a six inch with double meat, and she cut the 12” loaf in half, except one piece was about TWO INCHES longer than the other. She looked at it, it looked like she realized what she did, and actually gave me the SMALL piece. Like I get that subway doesn’t want employees throwing away miscut loaves of bread but why should I get the short end of the stick (literally)?? She also gave me a really nasty piece of American cheese that had tons of crumbs all over it from lord...
Read moreDropping my rating. We’ve been regulars for a long time and the changes haven’t been for the better. It is really old and frustrating when one needs to battle for toppings. If you don’t say anything and what you get: 2 or 3 pickles, 2 tomato slices, a couple onions/banana peppers in a foot long or what basically ends up looking like all bread. Even the meat is sliced super thin now and very little substance. Nothing like what you see advertised. Went to Jersey Mikes. More substance and tastes decent.
Review from 4 years ago: Partly depends on who makes the sub, but the ingredients are also important as well. We typically have a pleasant experience when we go and never have had an issue with poor quality either. The store is...
