Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Nashua

By far the worst experience I’ve had during my stay in Nashua, NH.! Absolutely disgusted by the management and the staff at this establishment. I ordered food for my family yesterday and asked for my order fresh also paid extra for ghost pepper chicken sandwich.. what I received was the furthest thing from fresh and they didn’t put pickles on any of my items (even though it’s supposed to come with it) but I left it alone. When I got back to my suite after praying I begin to enjoy my meal (or so I thought) as soon as I bit into my “ghost pepper chicken sandwich”(I quotation mark this sandwich because the only thing that is ghost pepper about it is the ghost pepper mayo in which they forgot to put on mine save yourself some money and just order the classic and put hot sauce on it) I noticed a her foul taste and odor coming from the inside of my chicken! I immediately spit it out and my appetite was ruined to say the least. So today after work I went there, showed the manager the sandwich and told him I didn’t want a refund just to remake it fresh how it should be in a very nice way of course.., he responded by saying “and you wait til now to bring the sandwich back? But ok give it to me I’ll get you another one” (in a very sarcastic manner) but I shook it off and actually ordered more food being that I had a long day and just wanted to get back, eat, shower, and sleep. There were peppers with tongs on the counter towards where the customers would order and it also had little baggies facing you as well so I went ahead and got one, placed it in the baggie and waited for my order. When he came back with my order he yelled and got very unprofessional about the pepper speaking to me as if I was a child and tried to demand that I do as he said and ask him before touching. I apologized by saying “my apologies I didn’t know because it doesn’t say not to grab it it just says complementary” and he begin to try to be little me and I was not going to stand for it so I told him not to ever speak to me like that again stating that I apologized and that should have been the end of it and talking to me any less than a man/human being is very unprofessional and degrading! Needless to say I urge anyone to AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY! It is Indian ran and the staff need better training and leadership. I’ve never experienced such disgusting behavior. There’s many nice places to eat around here and I advise you to choose any place other than this one where they will treat you with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Do not waste your hard earned money supporting such unorganized careless behavior/ businesses. I have been raised to be very respectful and honest. I treat people very kindly because you never know what someone could be going through. So if they treat me like this I can only imagine how they are to others not...

Worst experience. I will not go back. I got to the window and the menu had changed. So I asked if they still had nuggets cause I didn't see them. The man said no bonless wings. So I said okay ill get 6 boneless wings plain, then I realized they had spicy so I said wait I'll have those spicy. He says is thay all. I said I want it as a combo so can I get a side, I'll get beans and fries. He is SILENT. So I waited and he says hello. And I say yes cause I'm confused and don't know what's happening. He goes anything else. I said I'll get a spicy sandwich, he says which one spicy, original or blacked. I say blackend he says the sauce. I said just the blacken sandwich, he says the sandwich isn't blackened, I said okay how it is please. Once again he says is that all. I say no I'm getting a combo can I get a mac and cheese large and a small potato.I then ask for the cheesecake cause it was new, he goes we don't have cheesecake as I'm staring at it on the menu, then says but you can have the strawberry biscuits so i say no i wouldnt want that. He says NOTHING. Long pause and says is that all. I say yes. He abruptly says drive up. I get to the window pay no smile nothing so cold honestly and I don't expect like a song and dance. So I decided to just be nice and say thank you have a nice day, before I could say it, he shuts the drive thru door at me. Like fast. I was in shock as how rude this man was. And I think he's the manager, he was wearing a grey shirt so assume so. Worst part is he messed up my order and gave me a small mac and cheese. So I go inside and say hey um you gave me a small cab I get a large that's what I ordered. He literally argues with me and says no you said a large potato...And I was like no...I did not cab I have the large and this is the nastiest part. He says fine but give me the small back and PUTS IT BACK ON THE HEATER TO BE SOLD AGAIN! DO NOT EAT HERE. POOR ATTITUDE AND GROSS HEALTH CONCERNS AND YES I REPORTED IT. So have a nice day :). If I could give 0 stars for service I would have. So bad. I hope you find peace in your life if you...

I frequent this Popeyes as the food is great but yesterday was not great. I mobile ordered for my friends and I, was ignored by the staff at the front until I had to interrupt to ask for help as multiple people had been helped before me, and then almost sent away before I got all of my drinks along with being called sir. I am an openly transgender woman and unfortunately I have gotten comments towards me from staff on multiple occasions misgendering me. While I don’t mind being called ma’am, and even if someone makes a mistake I can overlook it, but if you’re unsure what to address me as, I’d rather just hear “have a nice day”.

The first time I was misgendered was a kid in the drive thru who called me sir and was just doing it to be rude, so I was going to ignore it and just move on, but yesterday it looked as though this was a manager who misgendered me. A man wearing a black collared shirt who was up front was the one who I had this interaction with yesterday. He did end up correcting himself and called me ma’am after the fact of calling me sir, but overall this chalked up to not so great of an experience when I was already waiting and had to be pushy to get my food as I was being ignored for around 5 minutes consecutively by at least 4 employees.
