This place has very poor customer service. I came in with a laptop screen that would shut off and when he said he knew what the problem was he took it and ordered a replacement screen - said all I’d pay is the cost of the screen and $100 for isntall labor. Weeks go by with me trying to call for updates and ether them not answering or telling me no one has worked on it yet. Finally after 3 weeks it takes two visits into the store to get them to admit the screen still doesn’t work after the replacement and I have to wait a few hours for them to put the old one back on after I told them I want to take it elsewhere. I get no call it’s finished as they promised and when I come back the next day to pick it up they try to charge me a diagnostic fee of $50 which was never discussed. I declined to pay that. And the cherry on top, as soon as I got to my car to examine my laptop I found a missing screw on the bottom so I had to go back and ask them to give me every piece of my laptop back. I’m sure they do some good repairs, but this was horrrendously bad customer service and I still have a broken laptop. I would never recommend this place.
TLDR: constantly led on about the progress of my repair and when they admitted it wasn’t fixed tried to charge me...
Read moreHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!! By far the worse customer service EVER ! I took my computer in there to get what a diagnostics test found out to be a motherboard repair. The gentleman explained to me it would be 3-5 business days before I could get my laptop back and that he would call me When he finish the repairs.(?he had to order the actual motherboard so he explained that I might get it earlier ) 5 days pass I go up there to see why no one has contacted me and Also to pick up my computer. Well, the gentleman that told me my repairs would be completed in 3-5 business days and that he would call me some how has caught a cause of amnesia over the wait period. He told me straight to my face that he didn't have permission to fix the computer so he wasn't sure....he has my number and we had a very simple thorough conversation. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM TO DO ANYTHING. I'm going to get my computer today (it's about to be 3 weeks if I wait smh) he's a dumb asz. Please don't waste your time or money. Idk what caused me to get treated the way I did but I'm just sharing my experiences....
Read moreI had to take my computer back multiple times only to have to bring it back for them to fix it AGAIN for the same problem. On the fourth time I brought my laptop back it was on the 33rd day. Only offered a 30-day warranty and wouldn't honor it though it was the 4th time I brought it back . My advice pay to have it fixed elsewhere; like Best Buy. Though the person who worked on my laptop was nice (even though the guy failed to fix it multiple times and one time placed another person's hard drive in my computer by accident) the owner however was a jerk. Only cares about money. Kept trying to have me buy a new computer instead of trying...
