MINISO USA — Attraction in National City

I purchased an item in your Chula Vista, California location (Westfield Bonita Mall). I purchased a baby stroller clip and upon exiting the store and using the item, the clip breaks not even 30 seconds later. All I did was squeeze the clip onto the wheel chair and the spring broke and the clip no longer locks. I went straight back in and calmly asked for an exchange. NOT a refund. I asked to simply get a new one since Minsok is “committed providing you with quality products.” After 15 mins, the associate comes out to explain to me that its not possible to return it as it is out of the package. Obviously, I needed to take it out of the package in order to use the product. But, I did my due diligence to bring the product back to the store within the minute to show what poor quality the item was. I frequent this store; and on this purchase, i spent more than $50 there. Now because they denied a measly $4, my family won’t be returning. This is sad. Your customer service...

I'd like to point out that management is a complete joke, Manager Jose unable to answer or provide any information as to why products are Mispriced and refused to honor Special I asked about, if the employees are a reflection of the company then I must say I'm not impressed at all especially by the Ridiculous Management who has no authority to Correct or Accomedate for the stores insubordinance when there is an Error. Employee who rang me up had no clue as what to do as well in the said situation and given that's it's a store marketed for cheap wholesale for Mass Profit I'm not Surprised they would hire the Lowest Workers available. Also, they most likely lack conviction due to the fact they couldn't provide me with any Corporate or Higher Management info, probably thinking they can get away with it and not have to correct it at all. Ladies in there are unprofessional. I went to check their store by going through a opening between two pillars only to yell at us that we are not allowed to slide between the two pillars and how we should come around to enter in the store close to the register. Not to mention there is too many people blocking off the entrance inside the store by the register because people are trying to leave at the same time. Perhaps if they had close off the area completely people wouldn't go through a different opening. They so happen to fix the issue by putting a ladder between the pillars to prevent people from going through but that is very hazardous. Not coming back. Disrespectful and...
