Roslyn/ Araceli or however you spell her name is extremely rude. Lacks all aspects of customer service. Has a short attitude and doesn’t know proper hosting etiquette. Told her it was for 2 1/2 so she saw two adults and a baby in my arms. She sat at a table where I already know you can’t put a highchair for safety hazards so I go back up to her and I repeated her that it was 2 1/2 and she replied very rudely. You’d think that as a hostess, you would ask if I needed a highchair or a booster but she just sat us at a very inconvenient table without offering either. It’s the tone and the way that she replied to me, it was very demeaning. Even as she was getting the highchair for us, she had to move a chair out of the way and moved it past me very aggressively, and I had told her excuse me. After all that we were very close to leaving, but my baby was really hungry and I couldn’t wait any longer to not get her breakfast. Two different waitresses apologized and told me that it wasn’t the first time that they received complaints about this hostess. The manager needs to be aware of this young lady and at least have a talk with her regarding her manners and maybe train her on her customer service skills. 0/10...
Read moreToday I originally wanted to go in and sit down to eat but due to the wait time, my gf and I decided to order online. I ordered a strawberry Belgian waffle on the app but since it’s menu listing also listed it with the banana waffle, I followed up my order with a call into the location. I informed the host/server that I had just ordered but wanted to specify getting strawberries for my waffle since it didn’t give me the option to choose. After looking up my order and confirming what I was calling about, she let me know that they would put them on the side for me since it was a pickup order.
About 15-20 mins later, I picked up my order and headed home. Following getting home, I realized that they didn’t put my strawberries on the side so I called in to let them know. Not only was I told that I ordered the waffle wrong despite the only choice being wanting it to be a combo or not but there was no effort to rectify the situation.
I’m extremely disappointed because I frequent this location often and I assumed that calling after I placed my order, my order would be correct. I was sadly mistaken because apparently me calling to specifically ask for something that I paid for...
Read moreIf only the service was as awesome as the food! We didn't get the name of our server, as we arrived after our parents were seated, however, the name we picked out from the order ticket was "Hoa".
This was my family's second time as this location and both times the service was dismal! The servers and staff DO NOT make you feel welcome. The ordering process was disorganized, first we were placing our drink requests and mid-sentance she walked away to grab the coffee orders, then proceeded to get the remaining drink requests. Next, our orders were taken via a tablet, then switched to a notepad. Our children didn't get their drinks until after the food arrived, after we asked about them a third time.
When your patrons leave, you should thank them for visiting or something as they are exiting. The hostesses said nothing today.
