Sip Fresh — Restaurant in National City

I love your drinks but unfortunately I have to give you 3 stars as I came in today 2/3/22 7:10pm with my wife and kid's. After my wife got a sample of the Guave Strawberry . She notify me that there was a bug in the Agua Fresca Jar . I went ahead and notify the young lady that there was and she Than Proceeded to just remove the bug. My wife didn't want to get another drink and just had me get one myself of the Cucumber mint. I've seen that the young lady didn't remove the whole jar of agua fresca so I just found it disgusting . So Than I went ahead and notify the older gentleman that was working the register when he was serving me the Agua Fresca I purchased about the bug and he said he would remove it . He than went ahead and gave me a card for a free drink on my next purchase. I went ahead and said okay he will remove the Jar but unfortunately he did not even after we walked by again after 15 minutes of having my children riding the cool rides . They were still giving samples...

I feel like this place should be moved to the food court so more people see it and know it's there! Everything we've had there is so delicious. The strawberry mojito is tart and tasty, the blueberry lemonade is too. The strawberry milk is comforting and flavorful. But my favorite is a combination of the cucumber, mint& lime and the watermelon. It's the most refreshing drink I've ever had! They offer boba and fruit additions to the agua frescas, as well as tropical and fruity smoothies and creamy...

Excellent customer service, cashiers were super friendly and had a prestine and clean please. It us contemporary, super clean and their Aguas were sooooooo delicious 😋 I had the strawberry mojito and added bobba, it was so refreshing and also got the cha cha chamango? With pineapple and watermelon soooooo good. Definitely...
